We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or mailers with no mention of 'The Bong Shop' or the contents on the exterior label.

What is your return policy for glass items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used.
What happens if my order arrives broken?
While we pack our glass with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products ordered comply with their local laws and regulations.
